They go above and beyond to build a quality product, but then take the extra steps to explain the home to the customer. This final step of customer service can not be overlooked. I searched in my home (NOT A SEMCO HOME for a year before finding the water shut off valve. I also had a plumber looking. I finally cut the damn wall out and found it on other side of where it was supposed to be…..bad customer experience. My point is: If the business owner is willing to discuss and develop a plan for your dream home and then close the deal by showing you the final product, then you can just about be assured they are in it to succeed.”

“We contracted with Josh Marchant and his family at SEMCO Construction to remodel our kitchen and paint our house. The house is 40 years old and had not been updated and had never really had a decent exterior paint job. Every remodel job has surprises and, of course, as the job proceeded our vision evolved. These folks can do anything – our water heater began leaking during the project and they had us up and running with a new one in a few hours. Both projects came in on budget and are beautiful.
